**We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and it is taking us a day or two to process and dispatch. All orders to date though have been processed and shipped.
The mail services are also very strained at the moment and orders are taking longer to arrive than they normally would. While the Royal Mail are still saying to work with their recommended last post dates I would suggest adding an extra couple of days to this and order even earlier if you can.
** We understand there was a particular issue with the post after the Black Friday weekend and see Royal Mail have advised some of their larger retailers that orders posted 26 Nov - 10 Dec will be delivered but may take until 17 December to arrive.
Scotland & UK: Orders are normally shipped within two days via Royal Mail standard postage which will usually arrive within 3 days. If an item is required urgently please contact and we will try to accommodate. (We may be able to arrange expediated postage for an additional charge.)
International: Orders are normally shipped within two days with standard postage which will usually arrive within 4-10 working days depending on distance. If an item is required urgently please contact and we will try to accommodate.
REMEMBER all orders are posted from Scotland via 2nd Class or International Standard mail so take that into account when ordering. Recommended last posting days for Scotland, UK and International orders prior to Christmas can be found here. http://www.royalmail.com/greetings. Please check before ordering to ensure it will reach you when you need it.
You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Just drop us an email to start the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you do need to return an item, drop us an email and then simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you have any problems with this or have any questions at all then please drop us an email.
