**CHRISTMAS UPDATE
We will be closed for a short break over Christmas from the 22 December until 6 January This is to give some much needed rest and to work on new ideas. After 22 December the next posting date is 6 January.**
Scotland & UK: Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours via Royal Mail standard postage which will usually arrive within 3 days of despatch. If an item is required urgently please contact and we will try to accommodate. (We may be able to arrange expediated postage for an additional charge.)
International: Orders are normally shipped within two days with standard postage which will usually arrive within 5-12 working days depending on distance. If an item is required urgently please contact and we will try to accommodate.
REMEMBER all orders are posted from Scotland via 2nd Class or International Standard mail so take that into account when ordering. Recommended last posting days for Scotland, UK and International orders prior to Christmas can be found here. http://www.royalmail.com/greetings. Please check before ordering to ensure it will reach you when you need it.
If you are local to Glasgow, you can also use the code 'SOUTHSIDE' to zero the postage and then arrange to collect from our friends at the brilliant Stephen O'Neil art and gift shop on the Southside of Glasgow.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Just drop us an email to start the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you do need to return an item, drop us an email and then simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you have any problems with this or have any questions at all then please drop us an email.
